One Wild Night!
Hang in there, this story is long but worth it (I'm long winded, deal with it!):
One wild and crazy night Hannah DID NOT want to go to bed...AT ALL! This was before Hannah could crawl or pull up. She was screaming at the top of her lungs so much that she was almost horse. We tried everything, patting her, pulling her out of the crib, cuddling her, settling her down completely, putting her back in the crib then she'd start up again...crying and screaming. This was very abnormal for Hannah. The next time we went into check on her, we noticed a little, bitty bruise on her head. We felt a little bit better knowing that's why she was so upset. We settled her down again then put her back in the crib. Two minutes later, she would scream and cry again. My heart was breaking and I couldn't take it anymore so I went in there one last time to take her out of her room and try again later. When I went in, this is what I saw...

Now remember, Hannah can't crawl, stand or pull up at all at this point (or so we thought). I quickly yelled for Tom and we cracked up laughing! He got the camera and we captured some pictures. Hannah stayed standing up and smiling with us for about 2 minutes then she fell and bounced off the mattress. She started crying and then it dawned on us...that's why she was so upset! She got up there and didn't know how to get down, that scared her, and on top of that she would fall down hard on the mattress. We brought her out of the room to chill with Mom and Dad for a while to let her know that everything is and was ok. She was fast asleep about 30 minutes later. All's well, safety rest, since then at night in the camp.
